UNC-TV's Cyberchase Weather Watcher Project
Project Description:
It’s Cyberchase FOR REAL in North Carolina! UNC-TV invited the community to participate in the FREE “NC Cyberchase Weather Watchers Event” in Venture Hall at Marbles Kids Museum downtown Raleigh, providing the first opportunity for North Carolinians to watch a brand new weather watchers episode of Cyberchase on the big screen. Attendees met Bianca from Cyberchase For Real and Digit from Cyberchase, as well as News 14 Carolina-Raleigh weather team.Activities included:
- *FREE admission to the NC Cyberchase Weather Watchers event located in Venture Hall at Marbles Kids Museum and IMAX Theatre
- Checking out an all new episode of Cyberchase on the big screen
- Meeting Cyberchase’s Bianca and Digit
- Getting a goodie bag
- Talking to a real meteorologist
- Receiving a free book-either What Will The Weather Be Like Today?, Weather Words and What They Mean, Magic School Bus Kicks Up A Storm, or Guinness World Records Up Close Wild Weather
- Engaging in Cyberchase activities
- Receiving special discounts from Gianni & Gaitano’s Trattoria Pizza & Pasta
and one day only buy one get one free pass to Marbles Kids Museum
- Distribution of Door prizes
- And much more!
