Enjoy a day of earth friendly exploration as the UNC-TV Kids Club travels to the Greensboro Children's Museum on Saturday, June 5th to celebrate the grand opening of their Edible Schoolyard, an organic garden and kitchen classroom where visitors can learn about planting, harvesting, and sharing delicious, nutritious food. Kids Club members can stop by the Kids Club welcome table for some take home handouts and goodies and of course UNC-TV's own Read-a-roo will be hopping about to greet friends throughout the day.

Read-a-roo is celebrating her birthday with an extra BIG bang this year! Read-a-roo Friends Level Kids Club Members are invited to an exclusive celebration with the birthday girl and this year she will be celebrating amongst her wildlife friends at the NC Zoo. Join the UNC-TV Kids Club as we make a stop at the Catawba Science Center for a science packed day of hands-on fun with physical, natural and earth sciences! Race a friend on Pulley Playground in Energy Avenue, make a car that runs on air in Inventor's Workshop, climb the Mountain Wall in Science Courtyard, and so much more! Kids Club members can stop by the Kids Club welcome table for some take home handouts and goodies and of course UNC-TV's own Read-a-roo will be hopping about to greet friends throughout the day.
