Serving a historic four terms as governor and one term as lieutenant governor, James B. Hunt, Jr. led North Carolina through 20 years of dramatic economic and social change while remaining at the forefront of education reform in his state and the nation.

In Biographical Conversations with James B. Hunt, Jr., the storied statesman talks one-on-one about his eastern North Carolina childhood, family life, political career and
work since leaving the state’s highest office. In four episodes, entitled "The Early Years," "The First Two Terms," "Running for the Senate" and "Back to the Mansion," the series captures the many milestones marking Hunt’s nearly six-decade career in public service.
