Preparations
Develop a check list of exactly what you need to do to organize a community screening. This list will probably include:

Identify a potential audience

Set a date and time
-
Arrange for a location large enough to accommodate he group. Check to make sure that it is complete with audio-video equipment large enough for group viewing.

Issue the invitations with a map if necessary. These invitations should be mailed at least a month in advance.

Design the publicity pieces. These may be in the form of post cards, announcements for community bulletins, church bulletins or posters to be placed around the community.

Obtain a trained facilitator if you do not feel comfortable doing it yourself.
- Duplicate any viewers' guides if available.
