Goals
The screenings and discussions focusing on the special programming selected for the Bridges for Diversity Initiative are designed to bring a diverse group of participants together to share different perspectives and cultural experiences. It is our intention to provide the participants of these sessions with a constructive framework for discussing potentially sensitive themes in a safe and non-judgmental experiential learning environment. It is for this purpose that this section has been designed. We hope that these guidelines for facilitating meaningful discussions will be useful.
