Joe Albea and John Moore, Hosts

Carolina Outdoor Journal is hosted by Native Tar Heels Joe Albea and John Moore who have 40 years of combined experience as sportmen in North Carolina's great outdoors. During each program, Farmville native John Moore and Greenville's own Joe Albea share their accumulated knowledge and helpful hints about hunting and fishing all across the state.

Donna John Reynolds, Simple Cooking

Donna John Reynolds is a nationally and regionally known spokesperson and highly regarded Home Economist. Ms. Reynolds has represented clients in many capacities, from a spokesperson to a product demonstrator. She has created and implemented cooking demonstrations for television programs across the United States.

Donna Reynolds has represented diverse clients such as, Reynolds Metals Company, House Autry Mills, KitchenAid and Weber Grills. Reynolds holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from Meredith College in Foods and Nutrition. She was honored in 1995 as Young Home Economist of the Year by the North Carolina Association of Family and Consumer Sciences for her outstanding contributions to the profession.
