Videotape Operations Internship

Preferred Major:
Broadcast Communications

Requirements:
Good Microsoft computer skills; no TV background necessary

Project Objective:
To assist duty operator in routine operations and to provide a good learning opportunity for someone interested in Broadcast TV

Project Supervisor:
Scott Marsh

Major Tasks:
Assisting with VHS and Beta dubs for clients; learning and assisting with the implementation of the new digital video server technology.

Final Product or Outcome:
An increased awareness of the digital environment; immediate help with the exponentially expanding tape needs/requests

Hours Scheduled:
Maximum 20 hours; hours TBA

Internship Duration:
Open-ended
