The North Carolina Channel Presents Live Coverage of the
 2nd Congressional District Republican Primary Debate

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK—In advance of the June 7 primary, UNC-TV Public Media North Carolina’s North Carolina Channel will broadcast the 2nd Congressional District Republican Primary Debate live, Thursday, May 19. WRAL News will produce the debate between the Republican candidates for the 2nd Congressional District—Greg Brannon, Renee Elmers and George Holding. WRAL News anchor David Crabtree will moderate the debate.

In addition to its live, statewide broadcast on the North Carolina Channel, Thursday, May 19, at 7 PM (preempting PBS NewsHour), the 2nd Congressional District Republican Primary Debate will encore Friday, May 20, at 8 AM (preempting Democracy Now).
