HEY, GOOD LOOKIN', WHATCHA GOT COOKIN'?
Al Contarino's invention, the Continous Convection Grill, highlights a new concept in grilling.
Outdoor cooking has been a part of the American heritage since the country was founded, but with Al Contarino's new concept in grilling, it has taken on a whole new look. The Continous Convection Grill, as he calls it, works on the premise that heat escapes from your grill every time you peek into it. The inventor has built a prototype that proposes a way to watch what's coming on the grill without lifting the lid; to monitor burgers, steaks or chicken without hovering over a hot flame. Are grillmasters ready to try a new way of grilling or will they keep the lid on and off as usual?
