A look at why are so many Americans in prison and why is it that so many of them are minorities.
America's Incarcerated - President Obama has launched a new campaign to reform America's criminal justice system. Republicans as well as a diverse coalition of people of faith across the spectrum are also calling for reforms. The United States has more people in prison than any other country in the world - more than 2-million Americans. That's more than five times what it was back in the 1970's, and a disproportionate number of them are African Americans. Why are so many Americans in prison? And why is it that so many of them are minorities? Tim O'Brien reports. The "T" in "LGBT" - Caitlyn Jenner's very public transition has generated new attention to the lives and needs of transgender people. While it remains controversial, more and more churches and faith-based institutions are trying to minister to the transgender community. Judy Valente reports from Chicago about one church doing just that.
