UNC-TV Sustaining Circle Terms of Agreement

• Your annual membership will be automatically renewed each year.
• You can increase, decrease or stop your installment gifts at any time by calling our Member Care Line at (888) 292-7070, writing to UNC-TV Sustaining Circle Program, P.O. Box 14900, Research Triangle Park, NC  27709 or emailing sustainer@unctv.org.
• As a UNC-TV Sustaining Circle Member, your monthly gifts will be ongoing until you ask UNC-TV to stop your contribution.
• Minimum monthly amount = $10
