Born in Statesville, graduate of US Naval Academy, served 24 years as a Naval Officer, have lived in Chowan County since retirement in 1992. Active community volunteer and leader - present Treasurer of Chowan-Perquimans Habitat for Humanity. Fiscal conservative.
