Candidate Statement:

I seek your vote for City Council in the November election. My abiding interest in the city and its bright future is my primary reason for running. By far, the good life of High Point exceeds our challenges, but our challenges must be addressed by competent, capable citizen-leaders.

Attracting and maintaining jobs are my highest priorities. It is in this arena where I've worked in business management and sales. Those priorities relate directly to our challenge of a fair and balanced city budget which addresses our essential needs without impacting taxpayers beyond their economic capabilities. These are classically called "kitchen table issues" in cities across our great land and no different here.

My goal is to be a voice which will speak toward decisions that have a positive impact on us all. And my goal is to be a leader who will work toward a better city in which to live, work, learn, worship, shop and invest.

I look forward to seeing you and hearing from you as the campaign moves forward.
