Candidate Statement:

My campaign is about experience and judicial temperament. Both candidates are quality individuals. But thereĀ is a significant difference in the level of court experience between the us. I am the only candidate in this race that has served both as a prosecutor and as a private attorney. My private practice experience and service as a prosecutor have taught me the value of efficiency in the courtroom. Much of my career has been spent trying, mediating, prosecuting, defending and otherwise working through difficult cases in the courtroom. On any given day, as many as 400 people can be on a court docket. There are officers, court personnel, lawyers and victims tied to each one of these cases. It takes a Judge with actual court room experience to make sure that these cases are heard in an efficient manner.

I have tried hundreds of cases compared to just a handful for my opponent. I am a firm believer that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land. I will treat every individual in my courtroom with respect, dignity and fairness. I thank you for your support on November 2nd.
