Candidate Biography (submitted by candidate):

I have been an Executive of a National firm and a small business owner. I am currently a self employed Catastrophe Insurance Claims Adjuster.

I attend Holy Family Catholic Church where I am a lecturer and usher. I am a member of the Knights of Columbus.  Actively involved in community projects.

I am a 2 term past president of the Hampton Roads Claims Assoc, a trade association.

Candidate Statement:

My duties as a Corporate Executive was that I was required to produce and live by a budget in the $millions and live by the end result. That real world experience makes me quite prepared for the primary duty that the next Legislature will face.

I have very conservative values. I believe in lower taxes which will lead to a more favorable environment in which business can grow. We need to reduce the size of Government by eliminating wasteful so that the budget can be brought into balance. We need to eliminate over bearing regulation that reduces the ability of business to grow and hire. And we need to reign in the Boards and Commissions whose actions to produce rules and regulations have the effect of Law without Legislative oversight.
