In February 2005, UNC-TV partnered with the Institute for Emerging Issues to bring coverage of the 20th Annual Emerging Issues Forum to viewers across North Carolina. The 2005 Emerging Issues Forum focused on healthcare. Entitled "My Health Is Your Business: Making Healthcare Work in North Carolina," the forum brought together international, national and statewide experts to discuss North Carolina's health issues and possible solutions.
