Wing Wigglin' Exercises
Hines:
Now we will view the J.J. the Jet Plane wing wiggling episode. The teachers will show you how they did their wing wiggling exercises with J.J. Why don’t you join us?
Hines:
All right, you ready? Again we want you to move your bodies a little, just get yourself in shape. Go ahead and bend your knees if you need to. Bend them. Lift up a little. Get your hands up there.
F:
The whole family is flying.
Hines:
The whole family is flying, right, just like the whole family we hope of you will go out walking or do the activities together. Let’s twist a little. Nod your head a little. Now J.J. is looking for firewood or at least he says he is. Hear your knees creaking at all?
[SOUND OF VIDEO]
Okay, you ready? Get your wings out. Wing wiggling. You ready? One, two, three. One and two. Other one, come on. Wing wiggling. No loose parts jiggling. [LAUGHTER]. Like the cloud when I wiggle, wiggle, wiggle all around. Wing wiggling, wing wiggling. Keep on going. Wing wiggling. Oh yeah. Give yourselves a big hand. Whoa, that was lots of moving. Wing wiggling. What kinds of things did J.J. talk about in that song? Whew once we get our air, our breath here. What did he say about this part?
F:
[INAUDIBLE].
Hines:
So if we do some exercising hopefully we will tone up our waist and not have those extra parts jiggling. Do any of you have any jiggling parts?
F:
Oh yeah.
Hines:
Okay. All right. Let’s sit down and give yourselves a big hand.
