Shaking Your Sillies Out
Hines:
J.J. has decided to do morning exercises but is very embarrassed because he thinks he may look silly. So he goes to an isolated place to do his exercises. Some of us may feel silly as we first start exercising or walking but don’t give up. There is even a book titled “Shake Your Sillies Out” by Raffi. The teachers also shake their sillies out and they offer other gross motor activities that go along with the book such as hop your sillies out, twist your sillies out, stomp your sillies out, or even clap your sillies out.
Hines:
