Okay. Do you really believe it?

Okay. Is walking free?

Yes.

Do you ever have to pay to go walking?
All:
No.
Hines:
How many of you walk in your field that is right across the, over there, that nice wonderful field over there? You have had a chance to walk over there? How many of you have ever walked, come upstairs and just walked up and down this hallway?
F:
But I do use the stairs instead of the elevator.
Hines:
You use the stairs instead of the elevator, good.
M:
Yeah I use the stairs.
Hines:
Let’s look at what walking does. Walking helps tone muscles, burn stored fat and promote body growth. To be fit children should be encouraged to move, move, move every day.
