Barbara
Pullen-Smith, Director, The Office of Minority Health
and Health Disparities
Ms.
Pullen-Smith received a MPH, in Health Administration
in 1984, from Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia. She
also received a BSPH in Health Education from the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina, in
1981. On February 1, 1993, Ms. Barbara Pullen-Smith
became the first Director of The Office of Minority
Health and Health Disparities and she currently holds
that position.
