For North Carolina, Ray Hicks is the patriarch of storytelling. He and his wife Rosa has made several appearances on UNC-TV and his special has been loved by thousands of viewers. A recipient of NSA's Lifetime Achievement and Circle of Excellence awards, Ray's career lasted from 1951 to 2003.
