Excerpt

From the Introduction:

Loonis, if you still do not want me to write this book, I am sorry. For someone who loved to perform, who loved the spotlight, who loved applause, your modesty was ironic but very real. It was bred into you, and I think it was, paradoxically, essential to your sense of who you were. Yet, you had a lot less than most people to be modest about, and you no longer have a vote about this book. It is not for you, but for everyone else.

I do, however, hope you like it.
