Emily Drakage
Mrs. Drakage's project is in connection with the Association of Farmworker Opportunity Programs. The Children in the Fields Project strives to improve the quality of life of migrant and seasonal farmworker children by advocating for enhanced educational opportunities and the elimination of discriminatory federal child labor laws in agriculture. Ms. Drakage is working in the migrant farmworker communities of North Carolina to build grassroots support for educational programs for farmworker children, educate the public about the work conditions, and document the level of child labor in the state.

Eric Montross
Rob Holliday has a conversation with former Tar Heels member of the 1993 NCAA Championship Team and NBA standout Eric Montross about receiving the Young Alumni Award presented by the General Alumni Association of UNC-Chapel Hill. The award recognizes Carolina alumni who are advocates for public and volunteer service. Rob also talks with Mr. Montross about his continuing association with basketball on and off the court.

Nasher Warhol Exhibit
David Hardy gives us a tour of the "Big Shots: Andy Warhol Polaroids" exhibit that feature Polaroid photos that were key in creating his famous large-scale portraits. The exhibition is currently at the Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University until February 21, 2010. It will travel to the Weatherspoon Art Museum at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro from June 6, 2010 to September 19, 2010 and the Ackland Art Museum at UNC-Chapel Hill from October 2, 2010 until January 2, 2011.
