Hold Onto Your Dreams McClintock pays tribute to inner city youth with this film by focusing on the idealism of childhood and the challenge to remain true to one’s heart despite obstacles that cross our paths as we grow older. Hold Onto Your Dreams was produced where McClintock works, at Hunter Elementary School and the Support Our Students site at Daniels Middle School in Raleigh. Filmmaker Profile: LESLEY MCCLINTOCKLesley McClintock began making Super 8mm films in 1995 after attending a class at the Carrboro Arts Center taught by filmmaker Norwood Cheek. An avid student of still photography and painting, her primary interest lies in incorporating art and social service. |
