Story of Light This delightful film for children is a unique rendering of the ancient Cherokee tale of how Grandmother Spider brought light to the dark side of the planet. The Cherokee reservation in North Carolina serves as the backdrop, while students from the Cherokee Elementary School comprise the cast. Filmmaker Profile: IVICA BILICHAfter graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Radio, Television and Motion Pictures, Ivica Bilich moved to Wilmington, NC, acquiring production work on a number of feature films including Dances With Wolves and Thunderheart. He formed Unworld Productions with Chuck Bludsworth and Jennifer Twiggs, a company committed to producing films that enhance the positive forces of the universe through education and enlightenment. |
