Filmmaker Profile: ELLEN WALTERS
Ellen Walters was recently appointed film studies coordinator and lecturer in communication studies at UNC-Wilmington. With a MFA in Film and Video from UNC-G, her background as an independent producer includes a range of films from traditional documentary portraits to multi-media experimental work. Two of Ellen's pieces, Jessica and Aunt Magg and Me were broadcast previously on NC Visions, and her film Firehouse Women airs on UNC-TV this summer.
