"Where Is Death?"

(Narrative – 17 minutes)

In the deepest hours of night, three partners in crime discover the beloved fourth member of their nocturnal four-man brotherhood has died. In a frustrated attempt to cope with his death, the young mourners binge on their favorite hallucinogenics du jour. If no one was responsible for the loss of their friend, if their friend’s demise was truly an accident, then they decide Death must be to blame. Death must pay for what it did. Thus begins their insane quest for revenge.

Filmmaker

Writer/director Buckley Hubbard moved to Wilmington four years ago after graduating from Ithaca College in New York with a bachelor’s in cinema and photography. Hubbard works in the local film industry as a driver and storyboard artist to support his directing habit. He received an outstanding achievement award for a full-length, dramatic screenplay, "The Crazy," and has just completed his third short film, "Where Is Death."
