"Nothing But The Truth"

Picture from Nothing But The Truth -murder victimCharles Munsey is sent to death row for murder, but his conviction is thrown out when it appears that the prosecutor used perjured testimony, and the real killer confesses. Nothing But the Truth examines the scope of the death penalty, the implications of fallible witnesses, and the difficulty in finding the truth "beyond a reasonable doubt" behind this complicated trial.

Filmmaker

Paul M. Green is an attorney who has spent much of his career representing prisoners and criminal defendants, including those on death row. This is his first venture into independent documentary production. Chris Fitzsimon, a former television news reporter who currently heads the Common Sense Foundation, also worked on this program.
