"Panic Attack"

(Documentary – 12 minutes)

Picture from  Panic Attack - Reade talking Panic Attack is a brief portrait of one man’s struggle with Panic Anxiety Disorder. Combining interview footage with expressionistic imagery, the film tells the story of how panic anxiety disorder trapped Reade Whinnem in the prison of his own mind and reveals the determination it takes to survive battles no one can witness.

 

Filmmaker

Brett Ingram is an independent filmmaker living and working in Durham, NC. He has produced four short documentaries and four animated shorts, which have won a total of 18 film festival awards worldwide. The recipient of a Visual Artist Fellowship from the North Carolina Arts Council in 1995-96, Ingram holds a master’s degree in film and video production from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
