"Broken Doll"

Broken DollThis short dramatic narrative is s futuristic saga following a adolescent girl living with a robotic arm. Struggling inside her tortured family existence, the young girl attempt to overcome her suppressed affections and father's abuses in order to take control of her own life.

 

Filmmaker Profile: Landis Stokes

Landis Stokes attended the School of the Museum of the Fine Arts in Boston before matriculating to the North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, NC. While in Boston, he made seven animated shorts, 12 video projects and a 15-minute Super-8 film. He is currently in production on his fourth year film, Ascension.
