The Durham, NC-based Bouncing Bulldogs is recognized as the best youth jump rope skipping team in the country. This video reveals the team's unique culture, fostered by veteran coach Ray Fredrick.  His commitment to athletic excellence is paralleled with a spirit of selflessness and giving back.

Filmmaker Profile:  Stephanie Johnes

Stephanie Johnes earned an M.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from UNC-Chapel Hill in May 2004. Before returning to school she helped produce documentaries for PBS at Inca Productions in San Francisco, CA.
