The Center of Attention

Vernon Franco, a talented and popular high school senior, becomes the center of attention when his younger brother Ryan is killed in a car accident.  Vernon realizes he can get away with anything as long as people's sympathy for him lasts.  He proceeds to manipulate those around him to get what he wants, but is soon forced to realize he is as vulnerable to this tragedy as everyone else.
