Hoopla (EXPERIMENTAL, 17 minutes, 52 seconds)
Aaron Katz

Hoopla

In the tradition of Buster Keaton and Jacques Tati, Hoopla is a comedy about the cold impersonal landscape of modern life. Max, a young man in a dark suit, faces the boredom and apathy of day-to-day existence. His mundane troubles are compounded by a duck migration, a useless inheritance, and a violation of an obscure city ordinance.
