For more than a quarter-century, PBS’s award-winning NATURE series has captured the beauty of the natural world.
Now, UNC-TV wants viewers like you to capture the beauty of North Carolina and share your images with the world by entering the Wildlife in North Carolina Photo Competition.
This year, the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission partners with UNC-TV, the Museum of Natural Sciences, the N.C. Division of Parks and Recreation, and Great Outdoor Provision Co. to sponsor the Wildlife in North Carolina Photo Competition for amateur, professional, and youth photographers.
Visit the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission's online photo contest for more details on how you can win prize money, a chance to have your image published in Wildlife in North Carolina magazine, and to get a complete list of contest rules.
So grab your cameras, get your family and catch some nature in North Carolina and NATURE on UNC-TV, Sundays, at 8 PM. And see more of NATURE at the series' own Flickr photosharing site, full of hundreds of members who contribute images, swap photography tips, and discuss the joy of documenting the beauty and majesty of the natural world.
