Joe Albea and John Moore return for this season’s Carolina Outdoor Journal in HD, hosting the show’s insightful outdoor segments. During every exciting episode, the North Carolina natives share their in-depth knowledge and helpful hints for hunting and fishing—all over the state.
Each half-hour episode of Carolina Outdoor Journal focuses on one type of game, fish or fowl with an accompanying Gear Time segment outlining the latest and greatest equipment used in the field. A third segment, Simple Cooking, features home economist Donna Reynolds in the Journal kitchen, revealing delicious recipes for cooking the catch of the day.
